Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cforge (“Cforge”, “we”, “us”), the platform that helps fitness coaches build and run their coaching business. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

This is a starting template. Have it reviewed by a qualified attorney before you rely on it.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Cforge.

2. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

• Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe.
• New subscriptions may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the first billing period automatically.
• You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.

3. Payments to coaches

Coaches may sell their own offerings to their clients through Cforge using Stripe. You are responsible for your offerings, pricing, taxes, refunds, and any obligations to your own clients. Cforge is a software provider, not a party to the agreement between a coach and their clients.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• violating any law or third-party rights;
• uploading harmful, infringing, or misleading content;
• attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• making health or medical claims you are not qualified or permitted to make.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (logos, copy, plans, client data). You grant Cforge a license to host and process it solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use.

6. AI-generated content

Cforge uses AI to help generate logos, copy, plans, and marketing material. AI output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for what you publish or send to clients. Cforge does not generate fabricated testimonials or results on your behalf.

7. Availability

We work to keep Cforge available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using Cforge at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account from your account settings.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll provide notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
