This Privacy Policy explains how Cforge collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service for you and your clients.

1. Information we collect

• Account info — name, email, and login credentials.
• Business content — your brand, site copy, offers, plans, and uploads.
• Client data — information coaches store about their clients (e.g. goals, check-ins). Coaches are responsible for having the right to collect it.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe; we don't store full card numbers.
• Usage data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the platform;
• To process subscriptions and coach–client payments;
• To generate AI content you request;
• To provide support and respond to your requests;
• To protect against fraud and abuse.

3. Service providers

We share data with trusted providers only as needed to run Cforge:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscriptions.
• Anthropic — AI generation (your prompts/context are sent to produce output).
• Vercel — hosting and delivery.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI processing

When you use AI features, the relevant context (such as your business details) is sent to our AI provider to generate the requested output. Don't enter information you don't want processed this way.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and content, except where we must retain records for legal or financial reasons.

6. Your rights

You can access, update, or delete your account information from your account settings, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Cforge is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date.
